| JANUARY 2008 LISTING: We thru-hiked the PCT in '07 and have hosted hikers for the past two seasons. We can provide transportation from the airport or train or bus station, a place to stay for one night or several, some home-cooked meals, and a ride to the border. We are walking distance from two supermarkets and the post office, and a short drive from REI. We are helping to organize a network of San Diego hosts, so can likely find you transportation and a place to stay if we're booked full. | ||||

| I need to share my minivan with one other person both to and from AZD. I live in Old Station, Shasta Co. CA and will be recovering from knee surgery. I'd like someone who could share driving and fuel expenses with me. I'd prefer to go down 395 thru Nevada, but if I find someone who's closer to I-5, I'm very flexible. I'd like to arrive at AZD by Thursday afternoon, so looking at leaving here Wed. early A.M. at the latest. A day earlier would be great too. Maybe then have time to do some trail magic along the way.
